Instructions
  1. Add Palak in boil water, add salt and sodium bicarbonate baking soda in boil water, Palak boil for 2 minutes. After the boil, Palak leaf adds in cold water for 2 minutes.
  2. Crush the Ginger, Green Chilies, Onion, Garlic, Coriander differently.
  3. Now fried onion(crushed) in Ghee, add salt, turmeric, ginger, green chilies, garlic, coriander, and hot spices and make gravy.
  4. Add Palak in gravy and turn off gas, and add Tart Yogurt or Cream in gravy and mix it.
  5. Paneer cube fried in oil and after fired Paneer cube add in cool-cold water for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add Paneer cube in gravy and mix a little bit. and enjoy!!

Tart yogurt or cream instead of dark milk.
