Instructions
  1. Suji(semolina) steep in some milk.
  2. Scratches the Gulab Jamun Mawa add Maida flour, Steep suji(semolina), Sodium bicarbonate baking soda, Cardamom(Crushed) and hardly mix it,
  3. Make 1 small ball and fried in ghee, if a ball is a crack to add some Maida flour and fried (with slow flame) the ball to getting the pink or brown color.
  4. Another side you in a bowl add sugar and take drowning water and boil water and sugar. (is called Sugar syrup)
  5. After the ball gets colder add in Sugar syrup also add Rose essence and warms up to 5 minutes.
  6. After warm balls, it's ready after 5 to 8 hour to eat.
