Recipe of Eggplant and Potato Curry
Instructions
  1. In Gram flour add red chili powder, turmeric, rich cumin, hot spices powder, sugar, and salt also add some oil and mix it hard (like flour build).
  2. Now put oil in the bowl after heat oil add rye, cumin, garlic, and asafoetida and (cooking) chaunk. Add Chopped eggplant and potato. now add salt, masala(make in Instructions 1) and a little bit of water.
  3. Simmer for 4-5 minutes till the masala is absorbed and add Cashew Nut for decoration, and ready to serve.
